All products listed on our website are custom 3D printed items including but not limited to:

2.2 Product Accuracy

We strive to display product colors, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing technology and varying monitor/screen settings:

• Actual product colors may vary slightly from images displayed

• Minor variations in dimensions (±2-3mm) may occur

• Hand-painted items may show slight variations in finish

• Each product is individually printed and may have unique characteristics

2.3 Custom Products

Custom orders are made specifically per customer requirements. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Custom designs require:

• Clear specifications and design files (if applicable)

• Advance payment confirmation

• Production time as communicated during order placement

2.4 Material Information

Products are printed using premium PLA (Polylactic Acid) or similar eco-friendly materials. While these materials are durable and biodegradable:

• Products should not be exposed to extreme heat (above 50°C)

• Products are not suitable for outdoor use unless specified

• Some products are decorative and not intended for heavy functional use

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR)

• Prices include GST where applicable

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Prices displayed at the time of order placement will be honored

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• Razorpay payment gateway (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes in Delhi NCR

• Direct bank transfer (for bulk/corporate orders)

3.3 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before order processing begins

• For custom orders above ₹5,000, we may require 50% advance payment

• COD orders may have a nominal handling fee

• Failed transactions will be refunded within 5-7 business days

• Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

4. ORDER PROCESSING
